There will be an Eastern Region training clinic to be held on Thursday, 17 January 2008 which is a couple of days before the first race of the series. Park Orchards BMX Club is to be the venue with a 10am start time for two sessions of approximately one and a half hours each. There will be a half hour break between the two sessions so the estimated finish time will be 1:30pm.
Cost will be $20 and pay on the day is fine, however, please register your interest to info@trackattackbmx.com.au so a rough idea of numbers is known.
The Eastern Region will put on a sausage sizzle and cool drinks during the break and the club canteen will also be open for other refreshments during the day.
Tony Harvey, senior coach for the BMXV state team will be the Coaching Co-ordinator (HRV Fitness). Other coaches include Sean Dwight, Glen Suridge and Matt Vickers with the possibility of a few others.
Anyone wishing to help with the coaching should contact Tony Harvey and others wishing to help out on the day with BBQ duty, level 2 first aid, track maintenance etc should contact info@trackattackbmx.com.au.
